About your speakers
Dr. Chad Van Dixhoorn is Professor of Church History and Theology at Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte and a leading scholar on the Westminster Assembly, whose work and teaching have helped generations of Christians understand and confess the historic Reformed faith. His scholarship and pastoral ministry lie behind Confessing the Faith, which will serve as a theological anchor for our camp theme this year.
Emily Van Dixhoorn is a gifted Bible teacher and speaker who loves helping others grow in prayer, Scripture, and faithful Christian living. She is the author of the Confessing the Faith Study Guide and frequently speaks at women’s retreats and marriage conferences.
Together, Chad and Emily co-authored Gospel-Shaped Marriage: Grace for Sinners to Love like Saints, which will shape several sessions focused on marriage and family life. Married with five children, they bring both theological depth and lived experience to their teaching, warmly inviting others to live out a faith that is confessed, practiced, and shared at home and in the church.

High in the San Bernadino Mountains, Pinecrest Christian Conference Center is beautiful and refreshing. It is fully equipped with a dining hall, indoor sleeping accommodations, meeting rooms, and play facilities.

Lodges. There are several two-story Alpine lodges with up to 20 large rooms, 10 on each floor. Each room can sleep a family of 6, with two rooms housing up to 9. The individual rooms contain one queen bed and four or seven single wooden framed bunk beds. The rooms are carpeted with a sink, mirror and electrical outlets. Many of the rooms have connecting doors which will allow you to be close to your friends and family. The lodges have two centrally located bathrooms on each floor. Each bathroom contains three toilets, sinks and mirrors, three private showers and a semi-private dressing area. Bathrooms on the lower-level are handicapped-accessible. Each floor of the lodges has a large common area with many windows, tables, and chairs. Campers use these spaces for classes and fellowship throughout the day.

You will need to bring your own paper goods (towels, plates, cups, etc.). Linens, including towels and washcloths, are provided. The Suites maximum occupancy is 64 persons.

Additional meals may be purchased for $16 each.
The registration fee includes a non-refundable deposit of $25.00 per person.
